Power On the Sensor
Press and hold the sensor's power button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will illuminate (usually blue or green), indicating that the device is powered on.
If the sensor supports automatic sleep mode, disable sleep mode via the app upon first use to ensure continuous monitoring.
Bluetooth Pairing
Turn on Bluetooth on your device and search for nearby devices.
Find the sensor name (e.g., "BT-TempSensor-XXXX") in the device list and tap to pair.
Some sensors require a pairing code (default "0000" or "1234"), or you can complete the binding by scanning the sensor's QR code via the app.
Set Parameters
Temperature Unit: Select ℃ or ℉ in the app.
Sampling Frequency: Set the data update interval according to your needs (e.g., every 1 second, 10 seconds, or 1 minute).
Alarm Threshold: Set high/low temperature alarm values. When the temperature exceeds the range, the app will push a notification or trigger an alarm.
Data Logging: Enable historical data storage. You can choose local storage or cloud synchronization (account registration required).
Installation and Fixing
Industrial Scenarios: Use a magnetic base or screws to fix the sensor to the surface of the equipment, ensuring full contact between the temperature probe (e.g., corundum protective tube) and the object being measured.
Warehouse/Cold Chain: Suspend the sensor in the goods stacking area, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight or cold air vents.
Smart Home: Attach the sensor to refrigerators, air conditioner vents, etc., using double-sided tape or a bracket.
