1. Real-time Location Tracking: Enterprise managers can track the current location of their subordinates at any time. The map displays a marker indicating the employee's location. Hovering the mouse over a marker displays the employee's name, location time, and a description of their current location.
2. Tracking Query: By setting a time period, users can query the activity path and trajectory of an employee within that time period. The system also displays the employee's name, location time, and a description of their current location at each marker.
3. Alarm Center: Used to view and manage alarm information and locate alarm targets. Alarm types are divided into three categories: area alarms, speeding alarms, and hijacking alarms.
4. Control Center: Used to perform operations such as cutting off fuel and power, restoring fuel and power, disabling hijacking alarms, and disabling speeding alarms on vehicle terminals. Users can also disable area alarm settings on the terminal through the control center. Disabling hijacking alarms, speeding alarms, and area alarms will change the terminal's alarm rules.
5. SMS Center: Used to send messages to and receive uplink messages from enterprise terminals and to collect SMS statistics. The SMS center interface uses an email-style interface for ease of use.
6. Attendance Reports: Set a time period to view the attendance of all employees from the previous day, or view a detailed attendance list for a specific employee within a specific time period. The detailed attendance list shows the location time and description information for all marked locations, and supports export to Excel spreadsheets for convenient personnel management.
7. Map Marking: Sales personnel can mark the geographical locations of all customers on an electronic map at any time using a handheld device. This allows company managers to assess market development progress. If a salesperson visits a marked customer, the location platform will automatically record and store the information.
